Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a range of procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting surfaces, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
• Welcome and prepare patients for dental examinations and treatments, creating an inviting and compassionate environment.
• Use radiographic equipment to take and develop dental X-rays, complying with safety standards.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, along with maintaining comprehensive patient records using our electronic health records (EHR) system.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide post-treatment care instructions to optimize health outcomes.
• Order and maintain dental supplies and equipment inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct basic laboratory tasks such as pouring and trimming dental models.
• Assist with front office responsibilities, including billing and insurance processing, streamlining the patient experience.

Compensation and Benefits
