Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Conduct thorough dental examinations to assess patients’ oral health and diagnose conditions, ensuring to document findings with accuracy.
• Engage with patients on their treatment options, clearly explaining the risks and benefits while offering alternatives when applicable.
• Provide educational resources and guidance on oral hygiene practices to promote long-lasting oral health.
• Maintain precise and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to established infection control protocols and contribute to a safe and clean clinical environment for both patients and staff.
• Enhance patient satisfaction levels by delivering compassionate care and building trusting relationships through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental institution.
• An active state dental license to practice dentistry in Florida.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a dental practice setting, showcasing your ability to perform a wide variety of dental procedures.

Compensation and Benefits
