Smilegeist, a leading dental organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our growing team in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. This full-time role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care in a welcoming and state-of-the-art outpatient office setting. You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive dental services, fostering patient relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our clinics.

As a member of the Smilegeist team, you will be working in a state-of-the-art outpatient facility equipped with the latest dental technologies and resources, enabling you to perform a wide range of procedures efficiently. You will be part of a collaborative team where open communication and professional development are encouraged. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, with occasional Saturday hours for patient care. This full-time position entails working approximately 40 hours a week, ensuring you have a well-rounded work-life balance.
Your role will involve caring for a diverse range of patients, including various socioeconomic backgrounds and age groups, from children needing preventive care to adults requiring restorative procedures. Your empathetic approach to treatment will ensure that all patients feel respected, valued, and confident in the care they receive.
The competitive salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience and performance.
