Work Environment

This position is based within our state-of-the-art outpatient dental office, ensuring that our team has access to the latest technology and tools to deliver the highest standard of care. The work setting is predominantly in-person, promoting collaboration with our skilled dental team consisting of hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturday availability as needed to accommodate our patients' schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations to diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations, ensuring a thorough understanding of each patient's dental history.
• Perform routine dental cleanings, check-ups, and assessments, and document findings accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect patient needs, preferences, and treatment goals, while clearly explaining options to patients and their families.
• Execute restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures, using precision and the latest dental techniques.
• Conduct extractions and root canals when necessary, ensuring patient comfort throughout the procedure.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques, nutritional impacts on dental health, and preventive care strategies, fostering an atmosphere where patients feel empowered to take charge of their oral health.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development sessions to stay current with dental best practices and emerging technologies.
