Work Environment

The dentist position is onsite at our outpatient office, where our team operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with additional on-call hours available on Saturdays as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, comprehensive dental care encompassing all phases of dentistry, ensuring that treatments are tailored to each patient’s individual needs and circumstances.
• Conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics, thereby understanding the specific dental health needs of patients.
• Educate patients regarding their oral health, discussing treatment options, including pros and cons, alternatives, and the implications of non-treatment, thereby empowering them in their dental health journey.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all procedures, treatments, and patient interactions according to HIPAA regulations.
• Implement and uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both patients and staff.
• Exhibit a friendly demeanor, achieving high levels of patient satisfaction through professional and compassionate service.
• Comply strictly with office policies and procedures, ensuring seamless operation and consistency of care.
• Assist with other duties as they arise, contributing to the overall efficiency of the dental office.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
