Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout treatments such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.
• Prepare treatment rooms by properly sterilizing instruments and disinfecting surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Greet patients upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and prepared for their dental examinations and treatments.
• Take and develop dental X-rays following the directions provided by the dentists, adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, utilizing our dental software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions and educate patients on proper dental hygiene practices to promote long-term oral health.
• Oversee the ordering and inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary tools available for efficient operations.
• Support the front office by assisting with billing and insurance processing as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
