Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms by effectively sterilizing instruments and disinfecting surfaces in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Welcome patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures, creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that puts them at ease.
• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed, adhering to best practices and safety regulations.
• Support the dentists during procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals, providing necessary instruments and materials promptly.
• Manage patient appointments, actively ensuring smooth scheduling and timely follow-ups on treatments.
• Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and aftercare advice post-treatment, empowering them with essential knowledge for maintaining oral health.
• Maintain inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring our practice is always well-stocked with necessary materials.
• Perform basic lab tasks, such as pouring and trimming dental models, assisting the team in delivering precise outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
