• Communicates clearly and builds strong, trusting relationships with patients
• Is confident in clinical diagnosis and treatment, or eager to strengthen these skills
• Can effectively present care plans and discuss financial options
• Understands or is ready to master accurate documentation and coding
• Works well within a team of multidisciplinary providers
• Is energized by a full, fast-paced schedule supported by excellent systems
• Wants a long-term home to grow their skills, reputation, and income
• Holds a chiropractic license in Minnesota, and basic professional credentials
