**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician with an established clientele to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals and is eager to grow their clientele within our facility. This part-time position offers flexibility and the potential to expand into a full-time role based on performance and clientele growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a variety of skincare services, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, and body treatments tailored to meet individual client needs.

- Utilize your existing clientele to build a strong client base within our establishment.

- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.

- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare for optimal results.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to ensure the highest level of service.

- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inviting atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications:

- Valid state esthetician license and certification.

- Proven experience as an Esthetician with a strong portfolio of services offered.

- Established clientele is a MUST.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.

- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to ongoing education.
