Speech Language Pathologist – Assisted Living Focus | Wilsonville, Oregon

Position Info:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM,
- Caseload: 7 patients a day
- Salary: $75,000–$85,000
- Status: Full-Time
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders
- Personalize care plans based on individual goals
- Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams
- Coach family members on speech and feeding techniques
- Keep documentation aligned with state and facility standards
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Oregon license
- Two or more years in a clinical setting, geriatric experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and proactive communication style
