AeroFit Wellness & Physical Therapy is actively seeking an experienced and passionate Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team in Beaverton, Oregon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for addressing and alleviating speech and language impairments that affect a student’s ability to thrive in our educational setting. Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing communication skills and facilitating meaningful interactions for our students.

This role is situated on-site in a school environment, where you will collaborate closely with educators, physical therapists, and other health professionals to create a cohesive and supportive infrastructure for our students. We understand the dynamic nature of educational facilities and are committed to providing a flexible yet structured work schedule to enhance both employee satisfaction and student outcomes.
Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while making a profound impact on the lives of students in your care.
You will primarily work with students facing a range of communication challenges, including but not limited to speech disorders, language delays, cognitive-communication impairments, and social communication difficulties. Your compassion and dedication will be essential in helping these individuals improve their speech and language abilities, enhancing their educational experience and social interactions.
