Located in Gresham, Oregon, this full-time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. As an onsite role within a school facility, you will engage with a diverse population of seniors, providing services that empower them to communicate effectively and navigate their daily lives with confidence. The collaborative atmosphere encourages professional development and includes partnerships with a cohesive team of healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive care for all residents.
This role primarily focuses on geriatric residents residing in an assisted living community. You will engage directly with seniors experiencing diverse challenges, from communication impairments stemming from strokes or neurodegenerative diseases to swallowing difficulties that impact their nutritional intake and overall health. Your work will not only enhance their communication capabilities but also foster a greater sense of independence and well-being.
The compensation package for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employees are eligible for a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
