The Speech-Language Pathologist role is primarily an onsite position within a hospital setting designed to serve an assisted living community. You will be part of a dynamic healthcare team, collaborating closely with physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff, and physicians. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that our residents receive holistic and integrated care tailored to their unique needs.
In this role, you will primarily serve a geriatric population, many of whom are navigating the complexities associated with aging, including communication difficulties and swallowing disorders. You will have the rewarding opportunity to impact their quality of life positively by fostering their ability to communicate effectively, eat safely, and engage meaningfully with others.
