Golden Leaf Healthcare Center is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our onsite team in the picturesque town of Redmond, Oregon. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in facilitating communication and swallowing abilities for individuals facing challenges in these areas, thereby empowering them to regain their independence and lead fulfilling lives.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in our rehabilitation facility, you will enjoy a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere. Our center is equipped with state-of-the-art resources and tools that enhance therapeutic practices. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing care for a case load of approximately seven patients per day, totaling around 35 visits each week.
Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of patients ranging from children to elderly individuals with varying diagnoses, including stroke recovery, developmental delays, and neurological disorders. Each patient's unique circumstances will require tailored communication strategies and rehabilitation techniques, making every day a rewarding challenge.
Experience in a rehabilitation facility is preferred as it provides insight into the dynamic workflows and collaborative nature of rehab services. Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation practices relevant to speech-language pathology will also be beneficial for new team members.
