Sagebrush Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Bend, Oregon. This full-time position at our Early Interventional Center offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, personalized care to patients facing a range of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Situated in the beautiful city of Bend, our Early Interventional Center offers an inviting and supportive atmosphere. The clinic is designed to promote healing and learning, featuring a variety of tools and resources that facilitate effective therapy. Working onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of approximately seven patients per day, with a total of about 35 visits weekly.
Your role as a Speech-Language Pathologist will focus on diverse patient demographics, primarily children who require early intervention services for various developmental delays. This vital work involves addressing challenges related to articulation, language comprehension, cognitive-communication, and feeding/swallowing difficulties. You will engage with families to ensure they are equipped with the tools necessary to support their loved ones' growth outside of therapy sessions.
Experience within a pediatric rehabilitation setting or familiarity with assessment tools and intervention strategies specific to children’s speech and language development will ensure your success in this role. Additionally, a background in using technology and therapeutic resources can enhance treatment delivery to our young patients.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
