Job title: Financial Analyst
Location: Hybrid, Downtown Cleveland Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

• Automate and produce monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau

• Clean, validate, and process data for predictive modeling and reporting; continually analyze and refine dashboards to improve usability and impact

• Work closely with stakeholders across departments—such as practice groups, departments, and senior staff—to understand requirements and deliver tailored, actionable insights
  
  

Qualifications of the Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of financial analysis experience
