Key Responsibilities

- Manage scheduling on our appointment calendar, coordinating and confirming appointments to optimize physician time and patient flow.

- Coordinate patient referrals both internally and externally, ensuring patients receive the necessary follow-up care.
- Process insurance verifications and secure authorizations for medical services, relieving patients of potential financial burdens.
- Accurately collect patient co-payments and process payments using our electronic financial systems.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic medical records (EMRs), ensuring data accuracy and integrity for streamlined patient care.
- Collaborate effectively with medical staff to facilitate patient care and maintain low wait times.
- Assist with essential administrative functions such as filing, faxing, and general office organization to support overall clinic efficiency.
