Front Office Customer Service:
Join The Filter Shop as a Front Office Customer Service Representative and play a key role in delivering top-notch support to our customers and sales teams. You'll manage orders, assist with sales, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth operations across our Omaha and Lincoln locations. We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Prior customer service experience is required, and QuickBooks knowledge is a plus. ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the friendly face of The Filter Shop:
- Answer calls, greet customers, process orders, and manage emails.
Keep operations organized and efficient:
- Enter and manage orders, invoices, and customer paperwork.
- Coordinate shipments to Lincoln and ensure timely delivery.
Support delivery and sales:
- Schedule deliveries, update accounts, and maintain filing systems.
- Convert quotes into sales orders and assist reps in onboarding customers.
Manage inventory and fulfillment:
- Oversee will-call orders and notify customers.
- Monitor Lincoln production orders for timely completion.
Develop product expertise:
- Master our FilterTrack system to assist with customer training.
Collaborate across locations:
- Communicate with Lincoln managers to align processes and ensure service excellence.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- A multitasking pro with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across phone, email, and in-person
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar platforms a big plus
- Prior customer service experience required
- HVAC or filtration industry knowledge is helpful but not required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
