The Pryor office is looking for an outgoing, friendly and reliable candidate to join the Pryor Team.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting and assisting with communication from employees, clients and vendors
- Pre-Screen Candidates and Coordinate Interviews for Open Positions
- Completing onboarding process and paperwork for new employees
- Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of reception area
- Coordinating use of conference room
- Scheduling and monitoring employees on-line training
- Assisting with filing and ordering supplies
- Assist HR with Benefit Enrollment Process
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling in office training CPR/FA, MAT and New Hire Orientation.
- Assist Employees and Support coordinators with daily office support.

Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday, with a one-hour lunch break from 12pm to 1pm
