Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Description

Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and support Recruiter and candidate communication.
Create and update job postings; maintain requisitions in Workday (ATS).
Own offer letter generation, background checks, and onboarding tasks in Workday.
Ensure timely updates to candidate status and hiring data.
Manage external platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut, Circa, Asana) and job postings.
Track and report weekly on TA metrics using Workday and Excel; generate KPIs and insights.
Assist in the management of contingent worker processes, liaising with vendors and internal partners.
Serve as point of contact for Workday recruiting support and testing; submit and track tickets.
Create and maintain internal documentation and process guides; maintain TA team shared drive.
Drive process improvements to enhance TA team efficiency and candidate experience.
Assist with planning and executing internal/external recruiting events.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, preferred.
Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven experience in TA coordination, operations, processes, and recruiting support.
Experience with Workday ATS, required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Clear communication skills with a collaborative, proactive, polished approach across all levels of the organization
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
