Tarvos Talent is seeking a proactive and highly organized HR Coordinator/Admin for an exciting contract opportunity in Downtown San Antonio. This fully onsite role offers the chance to step into a key support position within a growing HR function and make an immediate impact during an important period of transition.
As the HR Coordinator/Admin, you’ll provide administrative and operational support to senior HR leadership while assisting the broader HR team with day-to-day needs. This role will help with employee documentation, I-9 processes, HR-related questions, and potential event support while ensuring employees are directed to the right resources and contacts across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of HR experience, a strong foundation in general HR practices, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This person should be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism. Experience with Workday, G-Suite, or higher education environments is a plus.
