HR Assistant

RemX is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join a growing HR team!

This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with 1–2 years of HR experience who’s looking to build their career in a hands-on, data-driven environment. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and being the go-to person for HR support, this role offers strong exposure to HR systems, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

Location: Murfreesboro, TN
Pay: $26–$28/hour
Duration: Contract 6+ months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Run and analyze HR reports related to attendance, headcount, and performance trends
• Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Partner with HR leadership to support workforce planning and staffing decisions
• Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) to interpret and present HR data
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with onboarding, orientations, badge setup, and training coordination
• Organize and maintain confidential HR records and documentation
• Serve as a resource for employee HR questions and provide general administrative support

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related field strongly preferred)
• 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience (internships count!)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
