Job Summary: HR Assistant will assist with employee onboarding, record maintenance, company events and other HR-related functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and communicating documentation
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records within HRIS and HR Share Drive
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and other related matters
- Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information
- Assist with HR/Employee related functions
- Serve as back up to Talent Acquistion Coordinator with recruiting and temp mangement
- Assist Reception Area with incoming KIOSK calls and visitors
- Assist in planning and executing holiday parties and company events
- Pick up/Drop off Mail as back up to accounting
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies
Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HR experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- Some travel
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
