Full Time Licensed Clinical Social Work Wanted

SALARY:

$120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge according to state regulatory and joint commission standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing treatment on clients' progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined objectives.
Modify treatment activities or approaches, as needed, to comply with changes in clients' status.
Coordinates as needed with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic and consultative needs; refers as necessary for medication management.
Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.

Qualifications:

Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling from accredited Social Work program.
Active licensure as LCSW in the state.
Ability to work and practice professional relationships with other therapists, medical professionals, and patients.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in outpatient setting.
