Your Day-to-Day:

• Craft unique treatment plans that meet your clients where they are.
• Implement effective, research-backed interventions to foster progress.
• Keep meticulous, confidential records because details matter.
• Work hand-in-hand with a supportive care team.
• Offer resources to clients and families that create real impact.

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, with full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW license in the state.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
