Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide high-quality therapeutic care and support. This position focuses on helping clients navigate challenges and improve their mental health.

Position Overview:

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Primary Duties:

• Establish and oversee personalized treatment goals.
• Adjust therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Active Wyoming LCSW license.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
