Opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)!

We are currently looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in a senior living community to provide residents with psychotherapy and counseling services.

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and abilities and develops treatment plans to facilitate improved patient functioning/symptom resolution
• Provides individual, family, couple and group psychotherapy as deemed clinically appropriate
• Participates with program planning with the psychiatry team and other applicable team members
• Evaluates the ongoing biopsychosocial needs of patients, identifying needs and problems and determining a treatment plan
• Provides psychotherapies and case management to assigned patients as well as input regarding the care of program patients

Qualifications & Competencies

•  Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
•  Must have or be willing to obtain professional liability insurance
•  Medicare provider number preferred although not mandatory
• Must be comfortable working with senior citizens in senior living communities
• Comfortable in filling out progress notes on an electronic health records system (we will train)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Possession of a high sense of integrity, reliability and adaptability
