Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a knowledgeable Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dedicated team. In this position, you will deliver therapeutic services to individuals confronting mental health challenges, utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities. Your compassionate approach will be key in fostering an environment where patients feel supported in their holistic wellness journey.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

SALARY:

• $110,000 to $130,000 a year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
• Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
• Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
• Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
• Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Worker, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license as LCSW.
• Minimum of 2 years prior experience in mental health assessment
  
• Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
• Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
