Compensation:  $80,000 to $100,000 + Benefits

We are expanding our team and seeking a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families — all from the comfort of your home or wherever you work best.

We are committed to supporting our clients’ mental health and well-being through virtual therapy sessions, and we’re looking for an empathetic, skilled LCSW who shares our passion for accessible care and client-centered healing.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Virtual Therapy Sessions: Providing individual, couples, and family therapy using secure telehealth platforms
  • Client Assessments: Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
  • Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate virtual support to clients experiencing crises or acute distress
  • Therapeutic Techniques: Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy
  • Documentation: Maintaining thorough, accurate, and up-to-date client records through our user-friendly EHR system
  • Collaboration: Engaging in virtual case consultations and team meetings with a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Continued Learning: Participating in ongoing professional development, training, and clinical supervision

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote LCSW who:

  • Holds an active LCSW license in the state of Florida (or is license-eligible within 60 days)
  • Has experience in outpatient therapy settings (telehealth experience is a plus!)
  • Is comfortable with telehealth platforms and understands the nuances of providing therapy in a virtual environment
  • Is proficient in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy
  • Has a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and cultural competence
  • Can work independently while maintaining strong communication with a collaborative team
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a virtual setting
