We serve individuals, couples, and families throughout California, providing virtual therapy rooted in cultural competence, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices. As a remote LCSW on our team, you'll provide psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients via secure video sessions. You’ll have the flexibility to build a schedule and caseload that supports your clinical interests, lifestyle, and career goals.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

What We’re Looking For:

• Current LCSW license in California (must be in good standing)
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Experience providing therapy in a virtual or hybrid environment
• Comfortable working independently with the support of a remote team
• Proficient in (or open to learning) EHRs and telehealth platforms 

Responsibilities include: 

• Conduct individual, couples, or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Perform clinical assessments and collaboratively create treatment plans
• Maintain clear and timely documentation using our user-friendly EHR
• Participate in (optional) virtual team consults and trainings
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality under BBS and HIPAA regulations
