Full-time or part-time independently Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) are needed in the state of Alabama to help meet the increasing demand for online counseling.

Fully Remote! Substantial Sign-on Bonus! Full/Part time positions!

Client Base

Treat clients who are stable and have low acuity during 30- or 45-minute sessions.
Treat clients with conditions such as ADHD, OCD, Grief, Weight Disorders, Relationship Issues, and other conditions that would benefit from remote care.

Compensation:

- We offer a sign-on bonus to new counselors.
- $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked
Weekly direct deposit
- A monthly stipend for medical/dental/vision for full-time counselors (30-40 hours/week)

Requirements

Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
Must have an active LICSW license (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) in the state of Alabama
Must not have any disciplinary actions on your license
Must have a cell phone and a computer in good working condition
Must have strong Wi-FI
