Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Wanted – California

We are looking for a talented Marriage and Family Therapist to enhance our care services. Knowledge in structural family, narrative, systems, transgenerational, or strategic therapy is highly valued.

Schedule Overview:

1. Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
2. Full-time opportunity.

Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually, with full benefits included.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Assess and document client symptoms related to mood disorders.
2. Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
3. Educate families and clients about mental health conditions and therapies.
4. Track and revise treatment plans based on client progress.
5. Maintain up-to-date, confidential documentation.
6. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and case reviews.
7. Advocate for mental health needs and combat stigma.

Qualifications:

1. Active California LMFT license.
2. Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
3. Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
