Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Now Hiring in Pella, Iowa

Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct therapy sessions to address relationship and mental health concerns.
• Develop and implement client-centered care plans.
• Assess clients’ needs and establish therapeutic approaches.
• Educate clients on available mental health resources and services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in Iowa.
• Experience working with diverse groups is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
