We're Hiring: Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) 

Location: Deaver, Wyoming

Job Types: Full-time

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Flexible schedule : Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Role:

Are you a compassionate, licensed LMFT based in Wyoming looking to make a difference from the comfort of your own space? Join our team of dedicated mental health professionals who believe in accessible, high-quality therapy for individuals, couples, and families across the state.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Develop treatment plans and document progress
• Collaborate with clients to support emotional, mental, and relational well-being
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Participate in optional team meetings and ongoing training

Requirements:

• Active LMFT license in Wyoming
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
• Experience in individual, couple, and/or family counseling
• Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
• Must reside in or hold compact licensure for Wyoming
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills.
