Role Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Duties Include:

• Evaluate and treat mental health conditions.
• Develop personalized therapy plans for clients.
• Conduct therapy sessions and revise treatment strategies as needed.
• Track and assess progress throughout treatment.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling.
• Connect clients with additional services when necessary.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 per year, along with benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• California LMFT license.
• Strong ability to counsel individuals, couples, and families.
• Effective communication and client engagement skills.
• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
