Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
• Implement evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Empower clients with strategies to navigate life’s challenges.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and explore effective treatment paths.
• Assist individuals in building resilience and improving relationships.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, including family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• At least two years of experience preferred.
