Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, with full benefits.

Your Role:

1. Deliver individualized therapy sessions to clients of all backgrounds, addressing a range of emotional challenges.
2. Assess client needs and develop treatment plans rooted in proven therapeutic practices.
3. Support clients in managing mental health concerns, including addiction recovery.
4. Ensure meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes.
5. Collaborate with a skilled team to refine therapeutic approaches.

Required Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
2. Licensed as an LMFT in your practicing state.
3. Prior experience in clinical settings.
4. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
