Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Join a Team Committed to Excellence

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead therapy sessions for clients with diverse needs, including individuals, couples, and groups.
2. Perform assessments to design effective, personalized treatment plans.
3. Address mental health and addiction concerns using evidence-based therapies.
4. Maintain thorough records to track client progress.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
2. Current LMFT license in your practicing state.
3. Experience working in therapeutic settings.
4. Excellent interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
5. Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments.
