Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, facilitating tailored therapeutic approaches.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and actionable interventions to guide clients through their healing processes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for our clients.
• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary in response to client needs.
• Lead dynamic group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.
• Ensure all documentation is meticulously maintained, meeting ethical and legal standards, with accurate record-keeping reflecting each client’s progress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available.
