Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health issues through detailed screenings and evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs focused on addressing the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic modalities to foster healing and growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
