Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time (or part-time) basis. This position is conducted entirely remotely, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home on a schedule that best fits your lifestyle. We offer competitive annual compensation in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, along with a sign-on bonus to support your transition into this fulfilling role.

The primary clients served in this role are stable adults who have thoughtfully gone through a screening process to ensure they are suitable for remote therapy. These individuals typically present with lower acuity mental health issues, making your approach focused on supportive counseling rather than crisis intervention. Your contributions will greatly enhance their quality of life by helping them develop coping strategies and addressing their concerns in a therapeutic setting.
A minimum of two years of therapeutic experience is preferred, especially with populations similar to those we serve. Familiarity with online counseling platforms and practices will be beneficial to ensure a smooth integration into our workflow.
