Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing proven evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Customize and implement treatment plans that set definitive goals and actionable steps tailored to each client's needs.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans for clients in immediate need.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote healing and provide support to clients navigating similar challenges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Exemplary interpersonal communication and assessment skills are vital for effective client engagement and therapy.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years' experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
