This remote position allows for flexibility in your work location, but you will occasionally engage in collaborative consultations within our outpatient office settings in Gilbert, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, family dynamics, and presenting issues.
• Providing individual and couples therapy sessions, ensuring confidentiality and a supportive environment.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by your clients.
• Facilitating family therapy sessions to improve communication and resolve conflicts within familial relationships.
• Utilizing evidence-based interventions to assist clients with issues such as grief, separation, and blended family dynamics.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and outcome measures using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will consist of diverse clients, including adults and children, presenting a wide array of challenges such as:

• Alcohol abuse and substance use disorders
• Trauma-related issues, including physical and psychological abuse
• Grief and loss
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members and siblings
• Adjustment challenges related to separation, divorce, and blended family situations

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing.
• A dedication to providing compassionate and culturally competent care to diverse populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with individuals and families in therapy settings.

• Experience in crisis intervention and crisis management.

Compensation and Benefits
