Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues, integrating various assessment tools and methodologies to establish a clear treatment plan.
• Design individualized therapy programs that address the unique needs and personal goals of each client, ensuring a tailored therapeutic experience.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals and groups, employing proven practices to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to deliver coordinated care that encompasses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
• Engage with and educate family members involved in the therapy process, helping them understand therapeutic approaches and the healing journey.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
