• Manage a flexible client schedule through our platform, determining the optimal number of appointments that suit your availability and personal schedule.
• Utilize marketing strategies provided by Renovate Family Counseling Center to effectively grow your client base and enhance visibility for your practice.
• Provide immediate, tailored support to clients, enhancing their experience in both seeking and receiving care through live assistance options.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits using our integrated systems to ensure seamless access to care and empower you to serve clients confidently.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, each presenting unique challenges and needs. Your role as an LMFT will involve assessing and treating a variety of mental health issues, relationship dynamics, and family-based concerns. We promote evidence-based practices, particularly in addressing co-occurring disorders and substance abuse within the family structure.

Qualifications

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Washington is required to practice.
• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with proven ability to create rapport and motivate clients towards positive change.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work within a supportive team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in addiction counseling and specialized training in evidence-based practices for substance use disorders.

• A track record of successfully managing a diverse client caseload.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 74,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to your salary, you will also benefit from:
