Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy services through video sessions and telehealth platforms, catering to the various needs of clients seeking outpatient care.
• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to identify relational, emotional, and psychological needs; develop tailored treatment plans with realistic goals focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Leverage your knowledge of family systems theory as you address relationship dynamics, promote constructive communication, and help alleviate family stressors through evidence-based techniques.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support and interventions to ensure the safety and mental well-being of clients and their families.
