Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a trustworthy and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients to foster an environment conducive to healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address diverse concerns, including but not limited to relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists as needed to provide comprehensive support.
• Engage with clients regarding coping strategies to manage and mitigate mental health symptoms, encouraging positive lifestyle changes.

Qualifications

• Active and valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Georgia.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong foundational understanding of various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a community health setting, specifically working with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Specialized training or certification in addiction counseling or crisis intervention.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000—100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans with company matching contributions, and generous paid time off (PTO).
