Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and methodologies.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT, you will play a critical role in helping these clients navigate their challenges and facilitating their path towards recovery and stability.

Qualifications

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required, underscoring the importance of a strong educational background.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
