Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals and interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to deliver seamless, coordinated, and holistic care.
• Lead educational workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience by fostering community and shared healing.
• Provide crisis intervention and develop risk assessments while ensuring safety plans are in place for clients experiencing acute distress.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring great attention to detail and accountability.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, each with unique backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.
