Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, facilitating accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Support clients and their families through education about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them with the tools necessary for lasting change.
• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care and holistic support for clients.
• Stay current with research and advancements in mood disorders and therapeutic techniques, incorporating this knowledge to enhance treatment methodologies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
